		<description>Observational field research - I love it! that&#039;s yoga! Glad the breath awareness tip is working so well for you, too. I&#039;ve been told in the past the popping is nothing to worry about unless it is accompanied by pain or &quot;electric&quot; zing feelings (and mine is slowly quieting). As for padmasana, I&#039;ve been told that it connects energy lines/conduits in the body in a balancing manner and that&#039;s why it&#039;s the preferred posture for meditative sitting.  You are a powerful witness for yourself. Thanks for letting us be part of it.</description>
